Factory service package for Global’s Instrument Test Chamber #48310. Documentation of all work performed provided. Chamber must be shipped to Global. Inbound and outbound freight are the responsibility of the customer. Services include: Clean and inspect chamber; Inspect lid lens, notify customer if damaged; Check needle valve for proper operation, replace if necessary; Check push button bleeder for proper operation, replace if necessary; Check side mounted bleeder for proper operation, replace if necessary; Check poly tubing for leaks, replace as needed; Check HP bulkhead for leaks, replace if necessary; Replace o-ring; Replace both pop off valves and test for proper pop off pressure; Calibrate gauge, notify customer if gauge fails calibration (documentation and calibration data provided).
